The former Mitake Elementary School in Ichinomiya, Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture, will be a local community and disaster prevention base facilities, intensifying features such as gathering facilities, elderly facilities, and fire brigade clogs in the Mitake area. The service is scheduled to start in April, and local residents have begun moving the equipment used in each facility. After the school was closed in March 2015, we launched a local Mitake Kohomo Site Use Committee and consider how to use it. Based on the public facility management plan of the city's “selection and concentration” of public facilities, the city requested a specific plan in February 2016, considering a plan to consolidate facilities in the district in Mitake small. After that, after discussions with the city, the plan was united, and the Mitake Kaikan, Ichinomiya Education Association, the Fire Stuff Functions and Functions of the Mitake Branch of the City Fire Brigade, the Function Function, etc. I decided to set up. Initially, it was planned to be used from FY2010, but it was found to be designated as a special sediment -related disaster area (red zone) in Kyoto Prefecture. In the event of a disaster, it could be a primary wide -area evacuation center, so it was delayed to start use. The renovation work of the old school building started in June last year and completed in December. On the first floor, the rooms of the janitor room and the purchasing department were renovated into the fire brigade garage, the rising exit was renovated into a cooking practical training room, and there was a residents' association room, a public hall / education meeting place, and a regional cultural class, and on the second floor was a local cultural class. We also created a room, a free room, a fire brigade packing, and a room for music activities. The roof construction is still working, but since the interior construction has been completed, we have started moving the equipment. On the 16th of the first day, 35 people, including residents' associations and local members of local organizations, gathered, and brought in the desks and shelves of the old elementary school, which had been temporarily stored in the gymnasium, to each room. In the future, the completion ceremony will be held in late March, from the viewpoint of "SDGs" (sustainable development target), which is promoted in the region, such as moving items used in the Mitake Kaikan and other places.
