CBD products that have recently been handled at Don Quijote, Cosmetic Kitchen, and department stores.I think 2021 is exactly the first year of CBD.However, it is difficult to find a product that can be used with confidence.Considering that it is absorbed by the body, it is not only safe but also legal.If these are not guaranteed at least, it would be difficult to take a step toward CBD.I've been doing this job for three years, but I don't have much information on CBD to see, and I feel that consumers are overwhelmingly lacking.From the viewpoint of legal, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has announced a total of three companies that "THC -contained CBD products", and confusion has occurred in the CBD industry.This time, I would like to have a feature of safety and legality, and write about what kind of CBD product to choose.■ Legal CBD Products First, I will explain the guidelines and rules related to CBD to select a product that is legal.As I wrote in the first column, CBD is extracted from hemp, so CBD products that can be sold in Japan are limited to those that do not violate the Cannabis Control Law.To put it simply, the Cannabis Control Law is restricted in the parts of cannabis grass, and regulations on ingredients are not currently being carried out.However, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare fears the spread of THC, which has a mental effect, and is working on an effort on the premise that THC is not included.CBD must be purified from mature stems or seeds, which are legal areas.In addition, it is not possible to extract and purify CBD from hemp in Japan by the Cannabis Control Law because it conflicts with the law.In other words, CBD raw materials or products depend on overseas.When importing CBD raw materials, etc., it will be imported in accordance with the "Import Guidelines" published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.Specifically, the importers are submitted to "(1) a certificate that it was removed from a mature stem", "(2) component analysis table", and "(3) a photo proving that it was removed from the stem".It is mandatory, and if there is no problem in (1) to (3), imports are allowed.Surprisingly, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has made a decision only on these documents.The point here is "(2) component analysis table".The analysis method of the component analysis table and the setting of the lower limit value of the detected amount are left to the importer.In other words, at the discretion of each trader, the "ingredient analysis table" can be created.This means that even if THC contains, imports are allowed and sold.In fact, as mentioned earlier, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's presentation on THC -containing is considered to be an example.
