When new issuance procedure is required
Note: The digital certificate for signature and the digital certificate for users will be revoked when the expiration date (from issuance to the 5th birthday) is reached. In addition, the digital certificate for signature will be revoked even if the name, address, etc. are changed due to moving or marriage.
If you need to re-register (unlock) your PIN
Note: If you enter the wrong PIN for the signature digital certificate five times in a row, or if you enter the wrong PIN for the user certificate three times in a row, the lock will be applied.

As a general rule, the procedure requires the visit of the person himself / herself.
Note: As an exception, an agent may be able to complete the procedure only if the person cannot come to the office due to physical disability or other reasons. Please contact us in advance as it is necessary to prepare more identity verification documents, medical certificates, disability certificates, etc. than usual for proxy application.
Note: Adult guardians under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a legal representative.

- Documents that can confirm the proxy right (except when the proxy right can be confirmed by the resident's card or family register of Kadoma City)
When you arrive at the window (flow of the day)
- You will be given a ticketing number tag (white).
- After calling the reception / application form (window 4), the staff will check if the necessary documents are available. We will keep your Individual Number Card and copy your identity verification documents. Give the number tag (pink).
- After calling the processing number such as new issuance of electronic certificate and re-registration (unlocking) of PIN code, please enter the PIN code, etc. to issue a new electronic certificate or re-register (unlock) PIN code. I will do it.
Note: In each of the above procedures 2 and 3, there will be a waiting time, and you may have to wait for a long time depending on the congestion situation. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please allow yourself plenty of time.
Note: The call status of the number tag (white) is displayed at the top of the window, and the call status of the number tag (pink) is displayed on the call monitor.
You can reset the PIN code of the digital certificate for signature at the convenience store!
You can reset the signature digital certificate PIN (6 to 16 alphanumerical digits) at convenience stores nationwide (only compatible with Seven-Eleven and Lawson as of March 2022). For details, please check the public personal authentication portal site (initialize the signature password at the convenience store). The user certification digital certificate (4 digits) cannot be reset.
