Q: What should I do if I lose my key?

A: You will be asked to unlock with your fingerprint authentication or PIN. Keys and lockers have a one-to-one relationship. Since it cannot be reproduced after shipment, please store it securely so as not to lose it.

Q: What should I do if I forget my PIN?

A: First, unlock with fingerprint or key. After unlocking, follow the instructions in the instruction manual to reset your password.

Q: If you enter the wrong PIN code 5 times in a row, or if fingerprint authentication fails 5 times in a row.

A: The locker will be locked for 3 minutes. During this 3 minute period, the door will not respond to any operation other than unlocking it with the key.

Q: Are locker keys shared?

A: Keys and lockers have a one-to-one relationship, so you cannot open other lockers.

Q: Regarding key storage.

A: If you forget your PIN and cannot authenticate your fingerprint, the key will be the only way to unlock the door, so please do not keep the key inside the locker. Be sure to keep the key securely in a separate place.

Q: How do I charge the battery?

A: Please charge with a 5V/2A or less power adapter (sold separately). Using a power input of 5V/2A or more may damage the device, so please do not use a power adapter or quick charger with a large output power.

Q: Tell me about the lamp when charging.

A: When charging, buttons 1 to 5 will flash green in sequence repeatedly. After charging is completed, all 5 number buttons are always green.

Q: Is this product waterproof?

A: No, it's not waterproof. Be careful not to get it wet, immerse it in water, or wash it with water. Be especially careful with the fingerprint authentication part.

Q: Do you have a product warranty?

A: We have a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers initial defects and failures due to normal use. Natural wear and tear, deterioration over time, damage due to incorrect use, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
