DoCoMo and UR, 5G and robot are used in the automatic distribution experiment in the community. Seaside Town in Kanazawa, Yokohama

　NTT DoCoMo Co., Ltd. and the independent administrative legal person Urban Regeneration Agency (UR Urban Agency) published an empirical experiment on the use of automatic distribution / remotely operated robots in the second district of Yokohama Kanazawa Marina City on October 27th (Wednesday) and October 28th (Thursday). The report was made public on the 27th.

　The joint research agreement on the introduction of intelligent technology and environmental preparation signed by DoCoMo and UR urban institutions on December 8, 2020 is one of the measures to promote the discussion of intelligent technology and sensor technology in UR rental housing. Technical verification was carried out in August, and an empirical experiment was originally planned in September, but it was carried out at the end of October due to the impact of a new coronal disaster.

　In the experiment, in addition to DoCoMo and UR urban institutions, we also participated in Tamzak, a company that provides robots, and Japan Integrated Residential Life Co., Ltd., which manages collective housing. The intelligent mobility "RODEM (Rodham)" of the city developed by Timzak is based on the car body, various sensor types of autonomous driving functions and remote monitoring functions, such as additional "automatic delivery robot" active use, commodities and other commodity residential area entrance to the residential building delivery.
